Do not use if out of the area and ordering flowers for a family member in a different town. This place is local, and I would just deal with them in person or by phone and not through their website. I ordered my grandmother some flowers for Mother's Day, and the order never went through on their website, even though I had an order confirmation number from them. Needless to say, my grandmother did not receive any flowers. The positive thing is that my card was not charged for flowers that were never delivered, and the people were very nice when I called them about the order and explained the situation. They had no clue about the order on their end.
